What is your title and role within
the company?
I am a
Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Service Representative. As a Quality
Assurance Analyst, I test code and any updates for the website to make sure
they are working properly. As a Customer Service Representative, I build
relationships with nonprofit organizations that we are working with.
How long have you been with
HuTerra?
I have
been working here for a year and a half.
What are some projects you have
worked on in your time here?
I have
worked with CASA of Wisconsin, St. Vincent de Paul of Neenah/Menasha, Kenya
Works, Fox Valley Humane Association, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald
House of Eastern Wisconsin and Appleton East High School. With each of these
organizations, I have helped build their websites and trained on how to use
HuTerra’s platform.
What is your favorite aspect of
your job?
I like
getting to know the different nonprofits and building strong
relationships with
them. Finding out what these organizations do
and how passionate they are for
their causes is very satisfying.
If you could describe your job in one
word, what would it be?
Fulfilling.
